For our patients to better anticipate and understand their potential financial
responsibility for Hospital services, we are making our Hospital charges
available to patients. Patients may request from Boca Raton Regional Hospital
and other health care providers treating them a personalized estimate
of charges for pre-scheduled services for uninsured patients and estimates
of coinsurance, co-payments and deductibles for insured patients and the
typical care experience for patients receiving similar services from your
physician. Hospital care is specifically tailored to the needs of each
patient. Therefore, the final amount owed may vary based on circumstances
involved in the actual services you receive. Such circumstances may include
the length of time spent in surgery or recovery, specific equipment, supplies
and medications required, additional tests required by your physician,
any special care, unexpected conditions or complications or a change in
your insurance benefits.
To request an estimate of the Hospital’s charges, please contact
our Patient Access Department. To help expedite your request to obtain
an estimate, when calling or
emailing please provide us with the following: Name, Insurance Name and ID number,
all CPT codes for any testing and ICD-10 diagnosis codes.
To request an estimate of another healthcare provider’s charges you
should contact that healthcare provider’s office directly.

The service bundle information is a non-personalized estimate of costs
for anticipated services.
Actual costs will be based on services actually provided. Patients have
a right to request a personalized estimate from the hospital or use our
Price Estimator Tool.
Additional Bills for Professional Services
Services provided at Boca Raton Regional Hospital will be provided by the
Hospital, as well as by other healthcare providers who may separately
bill the patient. These other healthcare providers may or may not participate
with the same health insurers or health maintenance organizations as Boca
Raton Regional Hospital. Patients should contact other healthcare providers
who will provide services to them in the Hospital directly to determine
the health insurers and health maintenance organizations that the healthcare
provider participates as a network provider or preferred provider. The
names, mailing addresses and telephone numbers of the healthcare providers
and medical practice groups with which Boca Raton Regional Hospital contracts
