listing of Boca Raton Regional Hospital’s individual charges. These charges
do not give an accurate calculation of your final bill as there are many factors
to consider such as the patient's medical condition, unknown circumstances
or complications, final diagnosis, and recommended treatment ordered by
the physician, etc.
To obtain more accurate information regarding your estimate for both Insured
and Uninsured patients, we encourage you to

You may also request an estimate of the Hospital’s charges via Email
or Phone. To help expedite your request to obtain an estimate, when calling
or emailing please provide us with the following: Name, Insurance Name
and ID number, all CPT codes for any testing and ICD-10 diagnosis codes.
