BOCA RATON, FL – June 29, 2018 – Boca Raton Regional Hospital has been recognized as a 2017 HomeCare Elite®
organization. The HomeCare Elite® designation recognizes the top 25
percent of Medicare-certified home health care agencies in the nation.
Over 9,000 home care agencies are considered.
The designation is made by examining five categories: quality of care,
best practice implementation, quality improvement and consistency, patient
experience and financial health. To be considered, an agency must be Medicare-certified
and have data for at least three outcome measures in Home Health Compare
– a program created by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
to provide the public with information about the quality of care provided
by Medicare-certified home health agencies.

by DecisionHealth to examine quality of care, quality improvement, patient

Boca Raton Regional Hospital Home Health services are accredited by the
Joint Commission and licensed by the state of Florida Agency for Health
Care Administration. All visits are conducted by licensed registered nurses
and supported by resources of Boca Raton Regional Hospital.
