Maureen Mann Named Executive Director of Signature Institutes at Boca Raton Regional Hospital

Brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare administration

Officials at Boca Raton Regional Hospital today announced the hiring of Maureen G. Mann, MS, MBA, FACHE, to serve as Executive Director of the Christine E. Lynn Women's Health & Wellness Institute and Eugene M. & Christine E. Lynn Cancer Institute at Boca Regional.

An experienced leader in healthcare administration, Mrs. Mann joins Boca Regional after serving for more than 15 years as Executive Director of Outpatient/Cancer Services at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale. There, she oversaw the Michael and Dianne Bienes Comprehensive Cancer Center as well as several outpatient departments, such as Gastroenterology, OB/GYN, Urology, Endocrinology, Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery, Colo-Rectal Surgery, Radiology, Endoscopy and Outpatient Surgery.

Mrs. Mann has also served as an administrator at Cleveland Clinic Florida and The Ambassador Care Center in Nebraska; as Vice President of Mercy Health System, Inc. in Miami; and as Assistant Vice President of Utilization Management at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, Florida.

In addition to her professional leadership roles in healthcare, Mrs. Mann remains an active member of several professional and civic organizations. Since 1999, she has been a fellow for the American College of Healthcare Executives. Besides currently serving as Chair of the Florida Division Board of the American Cancer Society, Mrs. Mann is also part of both the Society’s Cancer Action Network National Board of Directors and its Broward County Board of Directors. Committed to community service, she has been a member of the Junior League of Fort Lauderdale since 1993. Mrs. Mann is also a 2015 honoree of Mass General Cancer Center’s “the one hundred,” a prestigious award recognizing those committed to the fight against cancer.

The Christine E. Lynn Women’s Health & Wellness Institute at Boca Raton Regional Hospital is known for its comprehensive approach to medicine and wellness, which includes primary and specialty care, risk assessment, fitness and wellness coaching, educational programs, support groups and much more. When it opens this summer, the Institute’s new 46,000 square-foot Debbie-Rand Memorial Service League Pavilion will offer an array of specialized centers of care for women, including The Phyllis Sandler Center for Living Well, The Schmidt Family Center for Breast Care, The Jean & David Blechman Center for Women’s Specialty Care and Preventive Cardiology, The Center for Women’s Imaging and The Center for Pelvic Health.
